The Magic Mantra - Positive Thinking

A positive state is healing and a negative one needs to be transformed into positive. When a mother hears her baby cry, she runs to her and cuddles her. The baby gets an immediate physical and mental relief in her mother's arms. The mother may not know yet, why the baby is crying, but she holds the baby tenderly till she is able to find out the problem.

Life should be observed deeply. Our life is in the present moment. Do not lose your identity for the unforeseen future as it has not emerged on the front. Subsequently, admit mistakes and learn from them. On the other hand, there is no use crying over spilt milk as the past no longer is. The only good thing about the past is that it warns or appreciates us to perform actions.

So, one can learn a lot from the past and try not to incorporate the same in the future. Living in the moment, being aware of your thoughts, speech and actions will help attain concentration, which is the source of ultimate peace. And last but not the least,

    Hi mam, Today I read your personality in "The Hindu, Metro Plus", nice of reading about your work style and life taking easy. I would like to have give some tips of preventing white hairs. I am now 26 working in IT Industry, for the past one year I am wearing braces for my teeth and because of that I gone to worse diet in my taking foods(avoided non-veg items, oil items only). Now I am able to stabilize with intaking of foods, but my worrying this is because of this diet only my hair changing to white. I am not even using any shampoo for my hair, i am using only herbal products like shika. I am even drinking plenty of water daily in the morning. Please suggest me good tips of preventing white hairs.
